Privacy
These websites use cookieless audience measurement (Plausible, operated on our own infrastructure). Campaign origin parameters (UTM) are stored in the browser and accompany the subscription order for attribution. The Briefing Diário BTC checkout collects name, email, WhatsApp number and Brazilian tax id (CPF or CNPJ) for contract execution, processed by the payment provider. Messages sent to the site assistant are processed by a language-model provider to generate the reply and recorded for quality audit. Contact form data is used to answer the request. We do not sell personal data. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be made through the contact channels above, under applicable data protection law, including Article 18 of the Brazilian LGPD (Law 13.709/2018). Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
The Daily BTC Briefing is sold as Free (no charge, reading in the logged-in area), Pro and Team plans (WhatsApp delivery), billed monthly or annually. On the international site payment is in USDT through the BTCPay Server operated by RBX or by card through Payrexx; in Brazil by Pix, processed by Asaas.
- Cancellation can be requested at any time through the contact channels above or the support email given in the confirmation. There is no penalty or minimum term.
- Monthly plan: cancellation stops the renewal; access and delivery continue until the end of the period already paid.
- Annual plan: a full refund is available if you cancel within 7 days of the first payment. After that, cancellation stops the renewal and keeps access until the end of the paid period, without a pro-rata refund.
- Refunds are made through the original payment method within 10 business days of confirming the request.
- Price changes apply only to future periods and are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
No warranties
