A feature or portal needs to become part of the product

A new workflow, access area or portal needs an interface, backend and business rules. RBX implements that combination, with identity, content or payment integrations when they are part of the scope.

Example deliverables: feature code, workflow tests and recorded design decisions.

Related services: web development and custom systems.

An integration is blocking the next step

The product depends on an ERP, a payment service or a partner's API. We define the data contract and connection, including the handling of failures, repeated requests and exceptions.

Example deliverables: a data contract, API adapter and tests for failure scenarios.

Related service: API integration.

Operations still copy data between tools

A routine relies on copying data or checking spreadsheets to complete a workflow. We organize the rules, owners and steps that can be automated. Human approval remains where the decision requires it.

Example deliverables: an implemented workflow, approval rules and execution records.

Related service: process automation.

There is an AI use case, but no criteria

An assistant or agent needs a defined task, examples of acceptable responses and action boundaries. The work can bring together retrieval from authorized content, product integration and quality and cost evaluation. People remain accountable for consequential decisions.

Example deliverables: test cases, model integration and an evaluation report identifying its limits and available data.

Related services: AI engineering, AI agents and LLMOps.

Changing the product has become slow and risky

Changes run into accumulated code, outdated dependencies or knowledge held by one person. We prioritize fixes, component updates, testing and documentation by their impact on the product.

Example deliverables: reviewed fixes or updates, tests for the changed code and records of significant decisions.

Related services: system maintenance and technical consulting.

Releasing a change still requires manual steps

Deployment relies on a manual checklist, or there are no signals to investigate a failure. We work on reproducible environments, delivery and observability, with recovery defined for the agreed scope.

Example deliverables: a delivery pipeline, a dashboard or alerts and a tested recovery procedure.

Related services: DevOps and cloud, observability and cloud solutions.

References and next step

Articles in the RBX Journal and references in the product portfolio and evidence let you explore RBX's public work. Our own products have scopes and stages separate from the partnership.

These examples guide the scope discussion; each cycle's deliverables are agreed. The partnership page sets out pricing, monthly capacity and terms. Support is provided during agreed hours; round-the-clock on-call support and immediate response are outside this plan.
